Airport Pickup & Drop-off Information

Our airport pick-up service delivers passengers to designated central office locations or bus stops, as indicated in your reservation form. Please find the details below:

1. To Ocean City, MD & Fenwick Island, DE – Destination: LETS GO Office, 105 S. Baltimore Avenue, Ocean City, MD.
2. To Bethany Beach, Ocean View, Millville, and Frankford, DE – Destination: Main Fire Station at 215 Hollywood St, Bethany Beach, DE 19930.
3. To Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, and Lewes, DE – Destination: Bus Station at Nike Outlet, Rehoboth Beach, DE.

Please note:
• Additional Fee: If you require drop-off at an address other than the main drop-off locations or a personal address, an extra fee of $10.00 per person will apply.
• Accurate Address Required: When completing the reservation form, please ensure you provide the correct address for drop-off.
• No Unscheduled Stops: Please be aware that additional trips or changes of addresses without prior notice will not be accommodated and are not included in the listed prices.

Shuttle Pricing Details
• The prices listed above are applicable for groups of 6 or more people.
• Note: For groups of less than 6 people, prices are subject to change.

Important Information
• Our daily airport shuttle services operate during the following periods:
  May 12 – June 20 and September 7 – October 3.
• Requests outside these dates will be considered off-season services, and prices will depend on the number of passengers per trip.

Important Information About Airport Pickups
Passengers arriving at different times throughout the day are usually grouped together for pickups based on their arrival times and the total number of passengers scheduled for the day. Here's how the process works:

1. Grouping by Time Slots:
   
   • Passengers arriving between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM will be picked up together once everyone in the group is ready.
   • Passengers arriving between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM will also be picked up together when all are ready.
2. Immediate Transfers for Larger Groups:
   
   • If the number of passengers arriving at a specific time is large enough, we may send a dedicated vehicle for an express transfer as soon as they are ready to leave the airport.
3. Potential Delays:
   
   • In some cases, passengers may be delayed due to additional security checks or late-arriving flights. When this happens, others in the group will need to wait until all listed passengers are ready.
   • Traffic accidents, road closures, and weather conditions can also cause unexpected delays during transfers.
4. No Guaranteed Exact Pickup Times:
   
   • Due to the many variables involved in airport pickups, it is not possible to commit to exact pickup times. All passengers should be aware of this and plan accordingly.
5. Stay Updated in Real-Time:
   
   • Use our WhatsApp and Viber contact numbers or follow us in Instagram or Facebook for immediate updates and communication with our team during your airport pickup process.
6. Onboard Amenities:
   
   • All our vehicles are equipped with free Wi-Fi, allowing you to connect with family and friends as soon as you begin your journey.
